Blogging from a nook

Yo tengo un gato en los pantalones is the beginning of my spanish education. No i never had a cat in my pants nor do i so wish but thats the most sophistocated phrase (if you'd give me that) that I could utter. That's why I named this blog that to the chagrin of my fiancee, Jing. Jing and I are medical students in los Estados Unidos spending seis semanas in Guatemala trying our best to learn as mucho espanol as we can in a short period of time. Our escuela sponsors a trip to Guatemala for fourth year estudiantes de meducina wishing to include a bit of humanity, culture, and language into our education. This is the experience of a couple in Guatemala, blogged 99% from a BN Nook Color which thus far has proven indispensible facilitating our connection to the rest of the world while we are aqui. Pictures will be uploaded via a computadore. Estamos fortunate that we have internet, Wifi in fact, aqui, and I am blogging from my Nook on the sofa ( en espanol verdad!).
